Gluten Free Deep Dish Pizza

Made this pizza with Jenni and Kari this weekend, (truth told, they did more of the work than I did on this one) and it turned out to be pretty amazing. We adapted two recipes from the internet into one skillet-baked masterpiece.

In short, we folded a Tbsp or two of oregano and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese into the dough before letting it rise, then we pressed it into a skillet, covered it in a spaghetti sauce, added onions, peppers, pepperoni, and cheese, and baked it for 25 minutes at 425.
